Well, i am very happy with the way things are coming along. Westside is the shit and i am never going back to anything else for a long time.

I hit a 435 pd squat at the top about 410 at the bottom last leg workout.
My bench looks like it is finally get up. I went to try 245 at the end of my workout and it went up like butter. I am going to go for about 260 next run.
Today i hit my biggest partial deadlift ever and it was sweet. 3rd pin up in the rack nailed 530. This actually came easier than last weeks other PR attempt of 515! I am jacked.

very nice. numbers look great. Keep up with it.. you'll keep making progres.. Its the end of the 2nd week of westside and i already feel stronger.
 
Man.... all these good results from W/S!!!! Maybe I need to start sooner than I planned? Like right now :alien:

I could really use some new PR's in my SQ and DL.... Bench too, but mostly in the SQ and DL for my weight class....humm...
 
to really freak out your back and get extra thickness 1 x per month when you do your partial deads instead of putting hands wide and opposite on bar ---try them both hands on top and close together. start the exercise with shoulders forward,keep them forward as you lower bar and touch pin,then when raise bar to top roll your shoulders backward and squeeze. then do another rep the same way. this is something I do 1 x per month to fry the back---and it has gotten my back much thicker
