EF BROS, hope yall killing the day and ready for a weekend ahead.

Mini update: As the long awaited push phase and return to training at full range after the shoulder tear is about to start, so will the adjustment in the nutrition and calories - beyond excited for this and the increase - can’t wait to put on some muscles for once

I’ll have a new game plan, guidance from a coach for the first time ever to add to this, I’ll update everything over the weekend.
