I haven't got it on the water yet. It's already broke in, and it supposed to do right around 70MPH on GPS.

Here is the exact same boat in those conditions. :)

funny thing is, the extra hp wouldn't necessarily translate to a lot more mph but, it would certainly have a negative effect on your mpg :lmao:

Nice, but at what a bad time for gas prices, I Had a Tri Hull Forgot the brand,had a 6 Cyl outboard Elevenude (sp) Heck at 45 the thing was skipping and bouncing ,felt like you were flying and riding a wild bull at the same time,it made a good wake to ski jump over. good old days,but even back then it drank the gas!

OMG You got one! I thought you were bullshitting. LOL. Johnny wanted one of those, I wouldn't let him. The ones we were looking at were too expensive for a first boat and a baby under 1 year old (not knowing how much we'd use it). How much does it cost to fill up? do you need a diesel to pull it?

No regular gas. Yeah they're not cheap and it's a 60 gallon tank so around 225-250 per tank.
 
How can there be a discussion of boats and lakes on EF without Juiceddreadlocks? He lives for the lake.
 
Good shit man - Im jealous. I want a fucking boat, but I'm not up to Glad bawlin status yet.

For now it's chartering or fractional ownership for me... :(
