my joints ache when I pick up a weight

I seem to have some joint aches when I pick up a weight.
Does anyone else ever experienced this sort of thing and what did you do to fix your joint issues?
I’m looking for a supplement that can help with this and something that will work well for me
it typically hurts around my wrists and my elbows

I doubt very much if it's 'when I pick up a weight' as such. If so they'd ache when you carried shopping and the like. So if must be HOW you lift. Poor form etc
