My genetic potential in 10 years

well yeah i will be training hard this summer too, i also need to get ready for soccer season in the fall. and yeah of course ill be partying haha, i impressed many already when i took off my shirt since i use to be fat, now i got a sixpack coming in. :D ill defiantely be in shape in september, just have to work hard

At 15 you have either just started to hit your growth spurt or you should be about to, I know plenty of guys who were around 5'4" at 15 and ended up at more than 6' at 18 or 19.

However guys... should we encourage 15 year olds to train "really" hard? Doesn't weight lifting affect early closure of your growth plates?

Whats up guys?

Im 16, 5"7 and weigh around 160 with abs kinda showing.

I just started working out again after a 3 month layoff and have been making good gains.

yeah, bl00d, myself, and HS lifter are the youngs ones of the board,
HS lifter, you and i have almost identical stats, thats nice, ill definately be posting pics of myself before the summers over, and will be posting my progress weekly or so,

HS, how much do u lift? just curious, i want to know how close we are, whats ur max?
bl00d, you too i want to know whats common for our age group.
 
Well today I repped 175 for 6 on the Bench Press.

I squat 215 for 6.

Deadlift 135 for 6.

I used to be a lot stronger, but Im just starting to get my strength back up after a 3 month lay-off.

I havent maxed out at anything yet?

What are your lifts Wiz kid?(and also blood)
 
nice, on the bench i do 3 sets, of 12 reps of 155, i maxed out at 190 the other day, did 3 of them. god that killed me LoL

i don't do squats or dealifts. im new to the gym and haven't ever tried them yet, i defintely will try then next time at the gym to see what i got.

Whatsup boys. I am new poster here. Just turned 15. Any ya'll play football? How often do you guys workout a week? Any supplements you guys taking? I am 5'8 160. I am hoping I get a few more inches stacked on to this frame, then I am ready to roll.
 
Bench : 180 for four.
That's all I've tried to max out on.

Keep in touch and post strength increases over the summer. (for our maxes).
