My friend's first show vid.

He looks pretty cut. Very nice. He is all natty, right? Maybe spend some more time working the chest? It is non-existant.

looks good for 1 year training. why would he want to compete with such little time in the gym under his belt?

He definitely dropped his cals and carbs far too much, he barely has any muscle mass at all, and he isn't even shredded.

He should BULK for another year and then lean up before trying to compete again.

His posing needs some serious work as well, but overall I applaud him for going through with it.

He's only been training for a year guys, of course his weak points are still going to be very prominant. I am light years ahead of when i started training and i still have weak parts that are behind everything else and ive only been training 2 years. It takes years and years to have a crazy stage physique.

Then don't get on stage until you have paid your dues..

Never plan on it, i compete in strongman not BBing. Credit to where it is due though, it takes alot of dedication and sacrifice as well as balls to get up on stage! Even if you are no where close to the top of you game i still think you should give it a go because you walk away with alot of good advice and things to work on. Thats the way all weight sports work, you are never done there is always something you need to fix and make better!

tell the promoter

You need newbs paying their fees and getting on stage to even have a show at all.

gonna be a pretty small show and small sport if only seasoned pro's show up.

Hey man at least he had the balls to get up there. In a few years he'll laugh at it but still be glad he went ahead and did it. He'll only get better from here on out. Kudos to him!

he needs overal thickness. which will come with time, training, and food. the experience is very helpful to him though.

+1, just the fact he will get experience and more comfortable each time on stage will help out a ton. you have to start some where.

Fuck it bros!!!

You only live once so this mother fucker man'ed up and went for it.

We should ALL be cheering him on.

With that said.... MORE LEGS and put some mass on.

The pose routine sucked... I HATE that robot jerky movment crap unless its 100% on time then its ok. Watch Mr.O competition and steal poses and combo moves then string into your oun routiine.

Yea pay more dues but hell he did what a lot of bros are afraid to do by stepping up on stage.

BigGuy

much respect for him for gettin up there. i think its obvious he needs more mass but he has only been training for 1 year.. if he keeps it up he will make it somewhere
