Its a trust issue. I don't know why but when a third is added to a pair, all of a sudden the you + me factor is messed up and there is almost a "which one is better" situation. I'm sure there's a huge thrill / taboo factor to the whole threesome thing, but damn, it sure seems like a huge violation of the trust and respect between two people.
