As soon as the second week of "rest" passes, I plan to add T3 to the mix and hopefully continue to progress. I never thought I'd ever have to go this route...it's just I hit a brick wall and it helped me a little; although, I still need to eat more to also get over this hump - as noted in a previous thread).
