5'7" - 5'8" 163lbs about 6-7% bodyfat
Meal 1: 16 egg whites, 1 whole egg
3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp PB
Meal 2: 1 can tuna, 2 slices whole grain bread
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp PB
Meal 3: 1.5 Servings Eas Whey (30g protein)
Meal 4: 1 Serving Eas Whey (20g protein)
3/4 Serving of ISS Gainer Matrix (45g protein, 75 carbs)
Meal 5: 12 egg whites, 2 whole eggs
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 tbsp PB
Meal 6: Repeat Meal 5
3185 calories.....327 protein, about 250 carbs, and 80 fat

Suggestions, comments, criticisms welcome.....I am looking for lean mass gains, will be using some EQ and winstrol in here also
