Could actually be your stomach, h pylori is a nasty little bacteria that can live in stomach and cause some pain, acid reflux etc. Could also be angina which is heart pain caused by lack of blood flow to the heart. Its pretty uncommon in people your age but not impossible. I would lean more toward it being h pylori or something with the stomach.
