My bulking foods

Meal 1 (6:00am)- Natty PB toast + Banana

Meal 2 (9:30am)- Protein Shake + Oats

Meal 3 (1230pm) - Chicken Breast on WW bread w/cheese
Almonds

Meal 4 (545pm) - WW pasta

********Workout*********

PWO Shake - 2 scoops Waxi, creatine, aminos

15 mins later - Protein shake

Meal 5 (830pm) - Eggs + Toast

Casein Shake (945pm)

Bed - 10pm




Thoughts/Suggestions please. I know I have a big gap between lunch and dinner, I need to incorporate some kind of easy snack there because of work. Im currently bulking and been on this diet for about 2 weeks. Gained 4lbs. actually but im not sure how lean it is. My main concern is the timing of the foods. What do you guys think?
 
just in general wheres your supper? id make meal 4 a MEAL and make it like spaghetti with a 1/2lb of hamburger in it or somthing. play with the timing on it so it doesnt make u feel sick in the gym.

Good idea, do you think everything else is timed properly?
 
Meal one - need a lot more protein

need anothet shake + fats at bed. You need to replace one of the other shakes with a solid meal
