-start your cycle on a Monday with test c, cause of your other compounds
Week 1-10
Sat deca 250
Sun eq 250
Monday test 375
T- deca 250
W- eq 250
Thurs. Test 375
Friday off

-you should always separate them, all these are still testosterone derivatives, you don't want your levels to roller coaster

Week 10-20
Sat deca 300
Sun bold 375
M test 500
T deca 300
W bold 375
Thursday test 500
Friday off
