My bench sucks

My benchpress sucks, and I know part of the reason is that my triceps and shoulders are giving out long before my chest even gets going.

Anything I can do to workout my chest more and tris/shoulders less when benching?
 
Try tightening your rhomboids (the muscle the goes along your spine) this should alleviate some pressure on the shoulders.
 
One thing I have to say is that attitude is everything. I used to go around saying My Bench SUCKS all of the time and it did. I refuse to say that anymore and have a positive outlook on it and I must say that the mental part of my game has helped the physical. Dont accept that sucky bench anymore!
