on 3 years sober hell of an achievement! Awesome you started a log up, this will be super beneficial and help keep you motivated as we will be here every step of the way for help and guidance

My training this week is the same as last week. I think it switches up a little next week.
Still eating in a deficit.
Greek yogurt with raspberries/blackberries w/ Hard boiled eggs
Or chicken/egg/eggwhite avocado scramble
Kirkland protein bar
Chicken strawberry feta salads
When protein shake
Chicken sweet potato avo.
