I would keep working the squats and lunges when we start this cycle.

did you check tracking for the order, whats the location of the anavar now?

As far as adding additional training days, it won’t be consistent, I may get an early out workday here and there and I will get to the gym to get a 5th session in. I work Mon, Wed, Fri - start work at 5am and not home until 730-8pm, so not much time those days.

@NurseLulu13 5am to 8pm those are long days I see the problem. Stay on the 4 days then.

Congrats on 3 years as well. I know where your coming from. Been around 5 for me.
