my 3 day split has gotten lame

I’ve been training for the past 5 years and been doing a three-day split. To be honest with you at this point, I feel like shit and I look like shit. I want to change things up from this boring routine. What are some changes that I can make that would be more fun? Should I transfer over to a five-day split or should I start doing total body workouts?
 
try doing full body training. do like more cardio too before your weights
