Weight: Still at 208(which is +3)
Sides: I think my boys are starting shrink a tad, nothing really yet.
Strength seems to be up. Supersetted Incline Bench with chinups today with 2 minute rest. Hit a PR of 255 for six while also being able to do at least 17 chins per set. Best set I had was 23.
