Great work AfroBob.. Looking good! You should be proud of yourself! Some great advice on this thread... I second starting to lift, and cardio in morning on empty stomach. You mentioned a normal weight for a 16 year old in your post... If you're 16, I'd stay away from supplements like thermogenics (ECA etc.)... your body is still growing and developing, and you'll have time for that later (if you choose). Focus on your training, eating clean, and resting. And of course, have fun! I see some potentially wicked calves starting to appear.
you look good bro, just do 60 mins of cardio when u don't feel like lifting.play some ball or ride the bike. you'll loose the weight you want. cardio every other day, for 2-3 weeks
