I know we have had this discussion before many times but i am looking at the J.Crew catalouge and becoming rather angry.

Where the hell are the clothes i can wear??

Size 'XL' fits up to 41 inches bust. This is the largest size they sale. I am 46 inches across the nipples.
Size 'M' fits up to 27 1/2 inches waist. I am 27 inches.
Size 'L' fits up to 42 inches hips. I am 42 inches exactly there.

So in the waist i am a "medium", in the ass a "large", and in the chest i am too big for them to even care about me.

What the hell am i supposed to wear? Going to stores like Lane Byrant i can find things that fit my chest and ass, but the very smallest waist there is 31 inches.

What do you girls do? Perhaps have the clothes sizes changed by a seamtress?

Thanks for the suggestion, but i do not think that site will work for me. The sizes that can be changed go as 8-10-12 and then 14-16-18. I am a 8 in the waist and a 16 or more in the tits. I dont think they are change it that much. I will keep looking there however.

I am short, and ALL my $^&% pants reach all the way up to my bra strap. I have to buy elasticized waists and roll the elastic down to my waist.

That's what the tailor does, silly. Mine puts my size 14 legs, my size 6 waist, and my size 10 top together, and MAKES a pattern from two other patterns, and then sews the outfit. The ones in the packages are just a guideline. None of mine say "Fits 40-26-40" on the back.

40-26-40??? Damn That's one hell of a physique you have going...

This is why I only wear gym clothes. I try not to go anywhere

I remember when my chest was about 46 inches around. I had to buy XXL tops. You can find them at Old Navy. (www.oldnavy.com)

Do you wear hip-hugger jeans? Does it eliminate the problem of getting jeans to fit your waist correctly?
