muscletech

Now, Im just as against muscletech as the next guy, overpriced products thats claims go far beyond what they actually do...anyway, I have a friend who swears by celltech and nitrotech..in 2 months of lifting he's put on 17lbs of muscle with no fat gain (hes 4% bf) and looks crazy...he sems to know some of his stuff, and attributes his sucess to muscletech products...i'll have to find some before and after pics of him, and let you guys tell me what you think....for now, im going to relate his success to genetics. :)

points to ponder:

first, he's 4% bodyfat? and maintains this year round?

second, he's 4% bodyfat, took sugar laden cell tech?

and he didnt gain any bodyfat?

he gained 17lbs of muscle in 2 months, no bodyfat change.

here is the key...he ate a surplus of calories to grow, somehow they didnt stick to him as bodyfat.

final point....thats all he took?

something smells fishy. water gain from creatine...definite possibility. shift of bf % with increased lbm/fat ratio, could be. it just sounds unrealistic, unless he was doing EVERYTHING perfect.

How many people that use gear attribute their gains to creatine, protein, Cell-Tech, etc.....?

Not saying that this guy is using AAS, but he seems to be using a common "coverup" that many users of AAS use as well.

Just agreeing with Nate that there is something fishy....

yea, i find it really weird too...but he doesnt juice at all, and he does maintain 4% all year...his metabolism is very very fast...he eats like crazy, i looked in his fridge and its just stacked with meats, chicken, shrimp, pork, steaks, ground beef....i understand its tough to believe, but its been just 2 months since i worked out with him, and before he was flat chested, no arms, no legs...and here is now looking big and still cut, i dont know.

Ive gained 10lbs in 2 months, no creatine, eating OK, and 0.5-1.0 g per pound protien cardio 3-4 x week...genetics may be the key here, everyone is different.

He would have gotten results whether he paid the outlandish muscletech prices or 1/10th of that elsewhere. It had nothing to do with the fact that is was muscletech

Optimum all the way, im gonna order a 10 pound bag of Optimum Vanilla since my 5 pound tub is almost empty, along with 2 32oz containers of liquid creatine energy. hopefully this will help me pack on the muscle that im lookin to gain.
