This is my first post even though I have been reading the board for awhile now.
I have found that since I have entered my 30's my muscles are not getting as hard or staying pumped like they did in my twenty's.
Before I chalk it up to old age I would like any help or thoughts that you could give me.
A little background:
I'm 6'0 about 250 give or take a few pounds and workout 4 - 5 day's a week. I have about 15- 17% bf "guessing" and have never taken anything except MRP's . I would like to get down to around 10% bf and regain the muscle hardness.

Any suggestions would be appriciated

Focus on extremely heavy weights in good form. Muscle hardness is the result of increased resting muscle tension. You want to train your nervous system to increase the level of resting tension in your muscles, you do this by using very heavy weight. Also, a daily regiment of posing can help, if you're into that kind of stuff.

You should alternate(periodise) between high rep training and low rep trainig for the optimal benefits.
