try 10 grams of glutamine when you wake up, wait 20 minutes before eating, 10g before training, 10g after training, and 10 before bed. after your workout add in aminos, i take 8 amino 2000 pills by twinlab. i feel the aminos are a huge boost after training, gives the muscle needed fuel to properly use the post workout protein.
don't go too low on carbs. get keto stix to see if you are in ketosis. what you do is start at 120 to 130 grams of carbs and start with the stix. lower your carbs every 2 days by 15g till you are in ketosis. my friend is able to have between 80 and 100 grams of carbs a day and still be in ketosis so he is never tired and very shredded (serratus is banging year round and he's all natural, 5'9" 220). everybody is different, you may be able to use more or less carbs but this is a good way of finding out. as you drop the carbs bring the fats up with it or else you'll deflate. good luck.
