why do you have 12g of sugar per serving in your big blast?

If you want a sugar free protein, that'd be easy enough. (12 grams isn't a lot at all BTW). The sugar in BIG BLAST is hydrolyzed rice syrup and dextrose. That serves several purposes. Yes, it improves the taste. A completely sugar free shake tases like shit to me. But it also it transports protein quickly into the bloodstream.

BIG BLAST also contains creatine, NO2, organic "good" fats, serum plasma protein and digestive enzymes. It has less total protein because of all the other ingredients but a much higher grade of protein so you essentially get more aminos per serving. But hey, if you want to try and find fault for the sake of being difficult there's nothing I can say. But the stats are the stats and BIG BLAST is a superior productr hands down. If you want the ingredients in ON or isopure you can get them for less at PF if you like, but that's not the point I was making. BIG BLAST is a superior formula and if those who have a good understanding of nutrition will know that.

Hey, tofu is 98% protein. But it's crap. Read up on serum plasma protein. Interesting stuff.

If you train hard, eat big, sleep hard, take a multi-vitamin/mineral and use creatine then whether or not you use big blast or ON or isopure isn't gonna make a difference.

Soy may suck for a lifter's protein needs, but if you take in milk, egg, beef, chicken, fish protein on a daily basis along with your protein powder it doesn't matter how high quality the protein powder is at that point.

Your body is not gonna respond any differently with a balanced diet and hard training to big blast then it would to ON or isopure.

I learned this along time ago. I use whey concentrate, a good multi, creatine, fish oil and that's usually it because that's the stuff that actually works and is cheap.

the only supplement that really is gonna give stand out results is AAS.

Plain and simple...

I just got off of BB.com website, and its showing bigblast containing 20g of sugar per serving. So if your drinking 3 shakes a day, every 4g is 1 teaspoon of sugar. So, 15 teaspoons of sugar is quite a lot, dont you agree? Not to mention all the extra carbs you dont need too. Almost 100gs. How is this a superior product, when its loaded with sugar and carbs? Who cares about extra aminos, you can get them anywhere..

Well, that's been explained. BIG BLAST is a growth formula. In the past,"weight gainers" would be loaded with cheap sugar such as maltodextrin, and they were still "heavy." A mass gainer should actually be light, so you can have it between meals without filling you up. And again, you're just looking at one component. BIG BLAST could have been made with less carbs but it works better and tastes better the way it is. Have you tried the Tropical Orange? It's amazing. And you can easily swig down one or two a day without getting stuffed.

It's funny. Guys will take creatine drinks and protein drink but when one has both ingredients you're comparing it to something else. And once again, super plasma serum is not cheap whey with a low percentage of useable protein. We don't need to go over that again.

It tastes great- the Chocolate is unmatched. Because it's a bit high in fat I split it with egg white protein (which tastes like chalk by itself) and the result is a low fat, high protein, great tasting shake.

Honestly, I don't know how much of a visable difference you'll see physically from using one protein over another except in the case of serum plasma protein. It really does make a difference -- especially helpful PC when you're in a catabolic state.

whey, powdered milk, brewer's yeast works 4 me

sometimes a teaspoon of brown health food grade gelatin in the mix 2

lactose is a great PW carb. google rheo h.blair's free e-book excerpt(blairfree?) 4 more info

awesome tasting protein powder, the rtd shakes are good too. They are a little high in fat, but if your bulking, they are great.
