muscle milk tastes good but is full of fat. theres alot more that have higher protein and taste as good with less the fat

Disregard this, MM is full of MCT's (lean fats), basically they have a smaller molecular structure and are more water soluble than other fats, allowing the body to absorb them easier. Because of their simplicity they are transported directly from the small intestine into the liver by the main portal vein. There they are turned into organic compounds called ketones which the muscles can use for energy, and by the time the liver uses them they are basically used up, leaving little if any to be stored as fat. So don't think of their fat content like the guy who posted the above.....

Back to your post, MM is also good for cutting, assuming the rest of your diet allows for the extra calories in it. But I generally agree with it being better for bulking. You can't go wrong with any flavors, my favorite are cookies and cream and orange creme, GL!

I just ordered the chocolate, I have some other Cytogainer stuff but it is very gritty after mixing. I'm hoping the MM isn't.

Im not sure but im guessing Muscle milk has casein protein in it. If so that would be a absolutly horrible choice preworkout. Anyone care to enlighten me?

ON has a pretty high concentration of protein per lb of powder you buy. Best bang for your buck, that is...I always thought it was kinda suspicious how ON is so damn cheap, but it's got AA's, low sugar, low carbs and tons of protein. What's not to like?

Pro complex GAINER in vanilla is the best... especially if you're bulking...600 cals, 55g protein, 86g Carbs, the protein comes from whey, egg, and casien... I gained 20 pounds in nearly 6 months--on 5x5--, and lost bf... from about 16% to now sitting at around 10% and still gaining; although, i switched to pro complex (reg.) due to 3 less sugars per serving (1 compared to 4) for my small cut.

Hope that helps a little, for later reference...

MM is designed to be slowere releasing so id suggest taking it before bed and times where you dont need the protein quick. PWO id would deff. be taking whey.
