You should mix it with carb countdown chocolate 2 %....that stuff is good as hell and 13g protein per cup. I use it to make sugar free chocolate protein pudding, too

I can guess my bodyfat easily (within a 1% or so) after having it tested so many times, and yes you can still see my abs. We've discussed diet before bro....

Caloric intake varies, but typically it's around 3000-3500

You are right, 18 g of fat per serving. That is pretty high, I guess that is a downside to MM.
