Rule #1.

Normally it's all fun to fling shit. Hell fling shit at me, I don't care. I fling back. Steve would too, but he's just too busy to be bothered. So since he can't fling it back, just don't fling it at him.
 
what's funny is that most of you don't realize your whey protein shakes are just as worthless as the multi's. Not only that, you take them immediately after your wkt which nerfs your gh response.
Meh...GH is overrated as an anabolic/cure unless you're supplementing with supra physiological amounts. My amino acid/dextrose workout concoction has maintained the gains I made using juice a decade ago.
 
Ding... Ding...Musclemom is a winner. Most studies on vitamins are self-reporting, performed on already sick people or a combination of the two. The USDA claims that 60% of Americans are deficient in magnesium and zinc. Based on empirical evidence, a deficiency of the two have an impact on cardiovascular health and testosterone in men. Likewise, I remember a study on smokers that found supplementing 400 IU's of vitamin E had no effect on the rate of lung cancer in smokers....duh! It's an insurance policy, not a cure.
 
They have pharma grade vitamins like cerefolin NAC FOR Alzheimers. I bet that they didn't use that in their study either bc it's like 250 bucks a bottle.
