Mrplunkey please tell me you don't agree with this bull shit

Corporations are people too.

Of course they are.

I've yet to ever deal with a corporation that wasn't owned by either:

1) People

2) Other corporations ultimately owned by people

I guess a corporate could be owned by a public/private partnership, but that's ultimately owned by taxpayers.

Do you know of any other possibilities?

Yessir!
Made to serve a single purpose.

Al Qaeda - a single purpose
Nationalist Movement Party - Single purpose
Abu Sayyaf - single main purpose

All made up of "people",

Only difference is that Corporations are made by law and not ideology.

Imagine the snapback if any of those Groups had a Political Voice in our Government.

Then let's assume cars and people are completely independent.

So if I go burning down the street in my car and run over a few dozen people, I'll just jump out and yell: "It wasn't me!!! It was my car!!!!!!". I should be able to just walk away, right?

Hmmm... I'm kinda warming up to Mr. Db's position.

I guess if corporations and people are completely independent, then the principle of limited liability should cover every aspect of liability -- even if the company is intentionally undercapitalized or engaged in what would otherwise be criminal activities. After all, it's the company doing the illegal activity, not the people who own and/or direct the company.
