Its the DC way of doing it. 10-15 seconds stretch in the bottom. Its painfull as hell, and the set takes ages to finish.
I hope i can manage to hit that chest pose like that on stage, it looked well good there.

There is a rumour going around that they are going to start drug testing the CLassic Bodybuilding competitions. Which is awesome for me, not so awesome for most others hehe.

HOLY SHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! That's a radical change just from a week ago! That is fokking phenomenal MM!

Couple pose comments ---

On your front relaxed make sure your delts are the widest and farthest out they can be - i.e. that's where you want to get that big wide looking. For figure girls I sort of describe it as having like puppet strings attached at the top outside part of the shoulder cap and someone is pulling up and out. For guys I've seen them make fists and sort of hit a solid pose - the fist seems to allow you to flex a little better & get things to stand out a little more but w/o a full-on pose because its still supposed to be "relaxed'. Relaxed meaning not that you are just haning around for the next pose call but rather you're ready to show whatever but standing steady. (make sense? i.e. you're still on display for the judges even if you aren't center stage.)

Your side chest pose - consider holding exactly the same pose you have in the picture but rotating from the waist just a little more so more of yoru chest is shown to the front. That way you can show a little of the thickness at your far delt as well as the pec cuts and thickness on the side furthest away.

On both the side chest & side tri - hard to tell if you are doing it just because there's only one static shot to look at, but make sure when you are setting your legs, to "sit down' as much as possible on your front (the bent one) leg to get as much out of your ham as possible.

Side tri -- this is another one that you want to look at a couple different ways to present it to see what pulls the most 'horseshoe' and delt striation out of you -- another way you can put your hands --- say if you are doing a side tri w/ your right side tri.
- right side arm straight down
- reach your left arm around your back
- hook your hands together (hook the fingers) w/ the thumbs on both hands facing opposite directions and use your left side hand to pull your right side arm down. Here your left thumb should be facing away from your body, right side thumb towards your body. Sort of like your right and left hands are pulling against each other -- so your right shoulder doesn't get pulled down but the pulling by the left hand may activate more of your tricep -- depends on each person but see how it looks / works on you.

You can also "roll" your shoulder so that you can show all angles of your tricep as well - this is something you can do after they call the pose and you've held the intial pose for at least 3 seconds (anything shorter than that will not really make it "seen" as a pose but rather a transition -- any pose you hit, hit it strong and deliberately, hold at least 3 seconds so they know its "the pose"!)

Front relaxed:
Ok so you are sying im not pushing my shoulders out enough? I like the "look" of how im standing. But if im not showing enough width ill change it.

Side chest:
You want me to twist towards the judges right. im standing to much front to back?

About the hamstrings yeah. Im pulling the leg in towards the other leg, kinda sitting on it so that the hams pop. but i see ive forgotten to tighten my butt, but(t) ill do that as well.

Im gonna try the triceps grips. the way i do it now you get the mass of the triceps, but none of the shape.

I think you would look 10 times even more handsome than you already are if you got a haircut that you don't part in the middle. Also cut it where there is no hair down on your neck in the back. You're cute either way, but I think that would look super parted on the side or with no part at all. =-)

I aint shaving shit! Im proud of being one of the few brothers on stage that HAS hair. Most of em are bold as shit, and its NOT because they shave it.
