also i know you were in the sun but you definitely need to work on smiling when you're on stage, you are making puke faces like you are about to throw up, you look bigger than you used to though that's a good job

lol yeah i got the sun in my eyes but i get your point. Im gonna do alot of posing training so ill smile like a tooth paste commercial when im on stage.

Just a little update.
Im about 14 weeks out now, around 94-95kg in the morning.
Things are goin good. Here is just a pic i took today cold. I personally think stuff is coming togheter.
