How do YOU think you will do in the weight class you will end up in?
I will help you out all I can with training advice and such, but one suggestion is instead of you looking at "dieting down", why not think of it as "eating up"? Of course you are going to lose fat (from cardio and lower carbs) but I would consider pounding down the protein in an effort to actually gain muscle the entire contest prep. Some people say you can't but if you look at those, they are generally lard asses to begin with and have to restrict calorie intake in order to drop fat.
