I hurt my SC joint, can't lift for a few weeks. I just finished a cycle. I was on a high protein low carb diet. what type of diet should i do now? should i change it? will i get fat using this type of diet?
leave the diet the same,since you will be less active for the time being just keep the carbs low or zig zag them.just leaving them low your metabolism will eventually start to slow so that's when a zig zag would help.........
