Hey everyone, I was chosen to log this baby so here goes nothin.
I'll start with my stats (weight is slightly down due to a series of events out of my control :-) I got married 2 weeks ago, then went straight on honeymoon for a week and upon getting back caught a nasty cold. Sooo, wasn't able to eat enough and didn't hit the gym for 12 days straight!!) So needless to say I lost about 5 lbs. Before the wedding I was 158lbs. I'm now 152 :-(
So here goes:
I'm 27 yrs old. Been lifting religiously for 5 years now. Before then I was a skater kid, body looked like a twig. So i'm an extreme ectomorph. I'm 5'6, weigh 152 lbs now & about 9% bodyfat. I've run 2 AAS cycles in the past(1st was test Cyp only for 8 wks. 2nd was test enth/EQ for 12) as well as 4 PH cycles (1st Max-LMG, then DMZ-13, then Beastdrol, then another beastdrol). I opted to do a black extreme ONLY cycle so you guys see what this product alone does. Nothing else to skew the results.
I'll be running:
Wk 1: Black extreme 3 caps/day
Wk 2: Black extreme 4 caps/day
Wk 3: Black extreme 4 caps/day
Wk 4: Black extreme 4 caps/day
Wk 5: Black extreme 5 caps/day
Let me mention, btw. that 1 bottle of black extreme won't even last you a full month. it lasts 20 days. Huge ripoff if you ask me at $90/bottle and it only lasts 20 days. I better see the most amazing results from this.
I'll also be running N2Guard obvioulsy (5 caps/day because I take animal pak and that already has some cycle support in there anyway)
and Forma as my AI.
I also take fish oil, GEAR (7 caps/day) & NOW's Digest Platinum with my biggest meal of the day.
Looking to bulk so I'll be trying to hit 3000-3500 calories/day. Just took my first serving!

Please make sure that your diet is in check on this one since that's the most important thing for running a cycle to get all the benefits from this ph. I was thinking the same. Either he's an extreme ectomorph³ or some other factors aren't quite dialed in and balanced yet.

Curious to see how this run turns out for you. :)
 
I believe I AM an extreme ectomorph. Before cycling, I was 125lbs. I now weigh around 155 at all times. So all those cycles put 30lbs of muscle (nojoke, im only 9% bodyfat) on me that I'm able to always keep :-)
In other news... Yesterday was not a gym day but I'm noticing one thing already. Don't know if it's just in my head. But MY APPETITE IS THROUGH THE ROOF! It could just be that I'm finally fully over my cold, and so appetite is just bouncing back but I'm noticing myself never really getting full.
Day two & I love the feeling ;-) got shoulders and traps this evening.
 
You just need to stop eating like a little girl and pound those calories hard.
 
Day 3: not much new to report. Yesterday's shoulder/traps workout went well. Nothing outta the ordinary.
So I take 2 caps of black extreme in the mornings on an empty stomach WITH a fish oil pill. Then take the next serving about an hour before my workout at like 4:30-5:00. Just wanna make sure. Do you guys think this is the best way to be taking it?
 
Yeah its great to take those with fish oil pills. If your appetite is going through the roof that's telling you something, eat more. Good amount of good carbs and good amount of protein. Especially when taking something like this to get all the benefits form this ph.

Ok. Day 4: rest day. Yesterday's tricep/bicep workout was usual. AMAZING pump tho! I've never had a pump like that before and all I take for pre-workout is a half-dose of cellucor's NO3 capsules and an full-spectrum amino mix with fructose intra-workout.
Appetite is still through the roof (hittin 3000 cal/day) & Forma seems to be keeping my gyno-prone nips at bay for now. Have legs tomorrow. Will weigh myself & see if I've gained anything in 5 days.
 
So for PCT I'm planning unleashed/post cycle combo and MHO poppers. What I'm debating is if I need a serm like Nolva or Torem. What's your guys' input? What do you think of unleashed/post cycle & mho poppers? Should I do something else altogether?

A SERM definitely helps to get things jump started in pct. Nolva is fine, I'm partial to clomid myself.
 
Ive used nolva and had good results with it. I may try using clomid on my next cycle. Still doing some studying and loading pct in my system for liver support and health through out my cycle. Im on the fence of using the black extreme or all separate compounds. I more so like choosing my dosage instead everything already being set. I think this way to if I needed to bsck off something I can test the waters and see which to drop although ive never had that problem. Keep up the hard work brother. Ill follow your log and ill log mine as well

Looks a good pct bro id maybe add some daa powder to aswell @ 3g's a day, as for the serms id add a low dosage of clomid myself, but all in all looks a good PCT.
If your partial to sarms than adding a low dosage of ostarine aswell, could help as it'll preserve your muscle and stop losses.

You would probably be covered well with the stack you have, but throwing in a serm wouldn't hurt either just to be on the safe side
 
run clomid at 50/25/25/25... its best to have all your bases covered, especially when it comes to pct bro... you want an extensive pct because your recovery is imperative for your future cycles, holding your gains and your overall health...

Also, just to update you guys. It's day 7 & workouts are going great. No real strength gains yet, but I am getting amazing pumps at the gym and I'm back up to 155.5 lbs from about 152ish last week. Today is rest day. Tomorrow I start taking the recommended 4 caps/day. This first week was just 3 caps/day. Should be an AMAZING next few weeks ;-)
 
For nolva the dosage I used was 40mg/40mg/20mg/20mg thats what I found from a post in this forum for the proper dosaging for 4weeks and it worked rather well

Weighed in at about 156 lbs on Saturday (after takin a dump. Lol)
Strength is the same as before, but I'm crankin out more reps.
I do have to admit, I feel so lethargic and tired all the time. Damn PH's. why can't PH's make us feel like when we're on AAS? It's working tho in terms of size gains. And It should be little to no water bloat due to the Forma (4 pumps twice/day) and N2guard so I'm hoping its real muscle gains
 
All of those products are going to aid in your recovery bud, but I am also using the black extreme and I will follow it up with some Torem in my pct. Better safe than sorry in my opinion.

Good call on the poppers, they're awesome. With nolva I'd do 20/20/10/10

i nolva should be ran 40/20/20/20... test infusion is a great addition to pct as well... if you haven't bought your nolva yet, check out ag-guys.com...

When people notice you getting bigger, its a great sign of things to come!

True, true. But it's nothing astronomical. I'm talkin like 2 extra reps on my last sets. But yes, thts still a modest strength increase.

It's a marathon; not a race. 2 reps here and there and 2.5 lb increases on the bar here and there all add up over time. Those smaller increases make it far more sustainable in the long run. Good stuff, bro!

Strength is up, idunno what I was thinking last week. Lol.
Lethargy is gone, I think (or I got used to feeling like this). Feeling good overall. Will update tomorrow.

Good to hear man, I'm at the end of my cycle now and I am no longer lethargic either.

Day 18: Strength is through the roof seriously. And it's weird, I'm gaining muscle very slowly, must be bloat-free. I was expecting some kinda water-weight/puffy look, but there's really none. Gains are dry & lean if you ask me :-)
I wonder if I'm dosing Forma too high? Doing 4 pumps twice/day. Is it killing my estrogen too much, thus hindering gains? It shouldn't cuz I always use Forma so I feel I'm fairly used to the 4pumps twice/day. Anyway, I'm psyched. Slow gains are keepable gains, so I'm good.

Those slow and lean gains are what you want anyways. Quick weight gain is an indicator of fat and water, so gaining muscle slowly is the way to do it. I think your Forma dose is fine

That's the best way to gain, bro. Love slow, lean gains. Those are the ones that you hold onto.

And I think that forma dose is perfectly fine, as well; definitely not high at all.

Day 22: workouts are amazing. Strength is up again. Did back today. What a pump this stuff gives me! So I'm 159.5 lbs. up half a pound since 3 days ago.
So mid next week, I start taking black extreme at 5/day instead of the usual 4. Right now I take 2 in the am & 2 at 4pm (an hour before working out). When I add in that 5th pill. Should I take it in the am or with the pre-workout dose?
 
Stacking the AMS PRO ANABOLIC STACK KIT with DMZ. Preload DMZ for two weeks the adding in the AMS stack along with cycle support sups and liver support sups and natural test booster to keep my shit in check. Pct will be clomid or nolva with another natural stack test booster and ams arom-x. Anything anyone

I would take it in the morning with the two tabs you're taking already. Don't spread them out too much it might get confusing or you might forget
 
Raff I would use the other dose post workout to jack your levels. I havent looked at the half lifes of all the compounds in the black extreme. Usually what I do is spread doses out from half life and also pulse dose to keep it in my blood all day long. Pulse dose is either a big dose at one time then a smaller dose later in the day. You are already taking two morning and two before your workout so I would either take the other dose with liver sups post workout or before bed to carry over through the night...thats just my thoughts brother. Let me know what you think. I love reading your updates man. I seriously considering this with a cut

Honestly bro, do whatever is convenient for you because it will make zero difference when you take that extra pill. Once you are at peak levels in your bloodstream it doesn't matter one bit when you dose your orals. Hell, you could take them all at once per day and it still wouldn't matter. Do whatever is best for you

Agreed. I did this with my last PH cycle and just recently with my LGD cycle. There were a few times when the dosing times varied by hours. It still happens sometimes now on PCT. Don't stress it so much. I'm sure you don't eat at exactly the same time everyday.

Great workout all across the board. Weighed myself after a long piss. Lol. 160.5lbs! Man I love me some black extreme. N2guard had also kept me almost side effect free. Only SE has been some acne, which is to be expected. That's how you know it's working

Great workout all across the board. Weighed myself after a long piss. Lol. 160.5lbs! Man I love me some black extreme. N2guard had also kept me almost side effect free. Only SE has been some acne, which is to be expected. That's how you know it's working

I haven't gotten an answer yet on my thread so just to ask cause I know alot of us are following this thread. I have dmz and the AMS pro anabolic box kit. Im trying to find out the best dosing times to take these. Ive preloaded DMZ for 2weeks and now adding in the AMS stack. They way im doing it right now is natural test booster before breakfast then after food DMZ in the morning. AMS deca and 4ad pre workout. Natural test booster 8 hours later empty stomach. Then deca after eating. A few hours later the 4ad and the last dmz 12hours away from the first dmz dosing. Any advice and better times. Im doing it this way to keep the compounds active all day long in my system.

Short answer: doesn't really matter.
I like to keep some sort of time table because it makes it easier to remember and track what I'm taking but a variance of a few hours is nothing to stress over.
 
Day 28: strength still going up steadily. 5caps/day has given me some slight acne (face only). I'm very very moody too now, but can keep it under control.
All my muscles look very nice & full. And im still toned, not like a puffy,soft big, but a shredded big. I really hope I keep every pound I gained! Gosh, I hate that PCT is coming in a week :-/ PCT btw, is actually low dose Torem for 4 weeks, mho poppers for 5 weeks & unleashed/post cycle for 5 weeks. I wanna do certain PCT items for 5weeks=equivalent time of the cycle. Of course tho, I don't do 12 week PCT's for 12 week long cycles. Lol. Just stretch it to 5 maybe 6 wks sometimes.

I hate it when you have to enter PCT as well, but that's just part of the game. I'm glad you had a great experience with Black Extreme bro!

I've never weighed this much. And it can't be much water weight. So anyway, gonna be doing unleashed/post cycle as directed on bottle. MHO poppers at some point inthe day & Torem 60/30/30/15 (taken before bed). Does anyone know what's a good time o day to take the MHO poppers? I'll probably do 2/day of those. But when?

Just take them when its convenient for you. I personally would do one AM and one PM

MHO poppers at some point inthe day & Torem 60/30/30/15 (taken before bed). Does anyone know what's a good time o day to take the MHO poppers? I'll probably do 2/day of those. But when?

Soooo, I haven't updated you guys in a while. I apologize.
I'm on day 4 of PCT. Strength is still going up. I guess that's the Torem, boosting my T. I freakin love Torem. And also probably the MHO poppers Inhibiting aromatase & boosting T AND the unleashed FREEING my T. It's great HOWEVER, it's day 4 & my joints already feel achy & dry AND to make it worse it getting cold now in LA so that's not helping anything.
Well to sum it up: joints achy, strength still going up, mood great, sex drive is so-so, haven't weighed in yet to see if I've lost any weight.

Hey guys, sorry I didn't update ou for a while. Well.... PCT sucks :-/ I kept most of my strength gains, but have lost about 4 lbs of the 8 I gained. If anything, I haven't been able to get a full eight hours asleep for like two weeks now. Not because of any of the pills but just because of life. Lol. I don't know if that has a role to play in it. All other factors have been remaining constant. Maybe most of the gains from Blackextreme WERE water :-/ shiiieeet. I'm only slightly bigger than before I started. Idunno. Maybe 3000 calories a day wasn't/isn't enough for me to get & stay big anymore.

Sorry to hear this. Stress could be elevating cortisol which is a bad thing for you right now. Let's see your complete pct set up bro.

as you grow you need more calories to grow. at 3,000 that just maintains me I gotta hit 4500 to 5000 to grow at this point

Don't get discouraged bro, it takes a lot of hard work and more food to keep weight that you have gained in a short period of time.. Even harder if it isn't clean weight.
 
eating's the hardest part my man, guys have no prob getting the gym but all the dedication in the kitchen is so, so important and also very difficult.
