Motivation

Look at one of the carb cycling diets. I tried one by Lyle McDonald that gave good results. They usually have a clear workout routine with them that are designed to break through plateaus. Body building is an art and a science. You may want to explore specific programs designed to get the results you want. There are plenty on the forums here. When you find one you want to try, I would recommend creating a workout journal. It's just another way to focus your training, and get the most out of it. Kudos on your accomplishments so far. If you were able to get this far, you can definitely achieve all your goals.

Well man i'm lifting from last 5 months and there are not much changes in body fat or muscles but i've gained some muscle mass and i'm happy with it. Don't let anything down you. Just keep looking in the mirror everyday and think what you need to be and what you are right now. Then boost your routine and keep working hard.
Remember, "slow progress is actually, PROGRESS"

Are you using a pre workout drink? When I don't use one my workout is "good' but when I do use it my workouts are "CRAZY". It gets me motivated like nothing else.

Get a bunch of different sample packs and try a half dose of each one. My buddy has that problem, so he found one that doesn't bother him. It's worth a try, trust me. He went with Bullknox and he loves it. Only a half scoop he said. Enough caffeine and N.O. to get you pumped, but not enough to bother your stomach.
