Motivation

Been really dedicated since January... Started 260lbs now at 220... Diet is ok could be better.. Lacking cardio lift weights 4 to 5 times a week... Looking to shed more body fat but keep as much size as possible... Isn't that everyone's goal??? Just stuck in a rut right now will be out of it soon

It happens to everybody sometimes. For me, it is always a matter of tweaking or even down right transforming my lifting routine. Share the specifics and details about your weight lifting approach. Also some more stats like your age and bf%. I see your goal is to hold on to your muscle while adding definition. First your workout routine, then we'll look at the diet.

No one can make you want something. You need to find the will and desire to dig deep and push yourself. The only thing that seperates champions from everyone else is the desire and drive to be the best. If you cant find that then your destined to be average. We all have bad days, but you need to push through that shit and drive on. Goodluck.

Well I train on an empty stomach... After work out its chicken/steak and a sweet potato.... Snack is egg white and veggie sandwich on double protein slice bread... Next meal just a piece of steak/chicken... Snack almonds... Next meal steak/chicken with a salad fat free Italian dressing... Before bed couple spoons of peanut butter with a protein shake... 5 days a week.. My cheats are Sunday and Monday just eat whatever for my sanity...

You might be a little light on carbs. You can use calorieking.com to figure out your exact calorie intake. I would guess you are cutting with your current carb intake, but low carbs can bring lethargy. How are you training?

I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week... Majority of it is weight training... Barely do cardio... Don't really have set days for different body parts... I switch it up often... Not much rest time between sets.. So my goal is shed some body fat and only body fat... I have to be in the high teens in body fat.. I was in the twenties 6 months ago and I lost 40 lbs... Well 8 months now.. Stuck at just the 40lbs loss for around a month... Just stuck in a rutt
