Morning Eggs

Who here drinks eggs in the morning. Im currently thinking of doing this however I need some feedback on how many I should scramble into a glass and if it provides me with a sufficient amout of protein. Thanx

Why not cook 'em first? Do they lose their punch during cooking or something?

Damn, I'd be gagging if I ate raw eggs! Not enough hot sauce in the world to get past the slime factor!
 
No way....I hardboil them.
In the mornings, I cut them in half and throw away the yolk. I then fill them with salsa and pop them one by one.

On the weekends I make omelets with all sorts of good stuff.....
 
One egg white gives you about 3.5 grams of protein, so you'd need to use quite a few to get a good amount.

I personally wouldn't go down the drinking route either, but hey, it's your stomach. :spit:

I love hardboiled eggs but I always eat them with my burritos. I am going to give this a try. Thanks
 
ONLY DO RAW IF THEY ARE PASTEURIZED! SUCH AS ALL WHITES OR BETTER THAN EGGS IN THE CARTONS. STRAIGHT RAW EGGS PUTS YOU AT RISK FOR HORRIBLE FOOD POISONING. YOU WILL BE OUT OF TRAINING FOR DAYS.....TRUST ME.
