Who here drinks eggs in the morning. Im currently thinking of doing this however I need some feedback on how many I should scramble into a glass and if it provides me with a sufficient amout of protein. Thanx
ONLY DO RAW IF THEY ARE PASTEURIZED! SUCH AS ALL WHITES OR BETTER THAN EGGS IN THE CARTONS. STRAIGHT RAW EGGS PUTS YOU AT RISK FOR HORRIBLE FOOD POISONING. YOU WILL BE OUT OF TRAINING FOR DAYS.....TRUST ME.
