I respect cack for his dedication, accomplishments, and knowledge, there's no doubt.
Monstar is an old school lifter. For enthusiasm and "moderating", he's a great choice. Congrats Monstar.
But as for knowing much about the finer points of physiology, biomechanics, advanced training methods, etc. etc., he's the wrong person to ask. no offense. As recently as a few months ago he was ranting about inner/outer/lower chest, and not training legs.
So yeah, as long as monstar don't start getting a swell head about being a mod, (A certain buttnugget over at the diet board seemed to think being made a mod meant he knew what he was talking about. He didn't.) then it's all good.
