I was 115lbs 1.5 years ago at about 13-15%. I have a pic at that weight, albiet shitty.
I am currently 5'9 162lbs at 6% (according to calipers, not really....but it's the only number I got).

Since you implied, my lifts:
Bench - 210
Squat - 315
Dead - 300
When I started....
Bench - 65
Squat - 90
Dead - 120
I started training 3 years ago.
I'm not a genetic freak. Far from it.
I'm not an HIT trainer. I've only read a little of Jones, actually. I have no schooling in any of the exercise sciences. You don't need schooling to learn, nor does having schooling = knowledge (Hell, I get great grades in history class and I couldn't name 15 presidents).
I rarely read or base anything on studies. I don't even have access to studies over 5 years old if I wanted to. Science and research are two different things. I base nothing on thoery. Every recommendation I've ever made has been tested by me, or someone else with a positive result, thus making recommendation no longer thoery.
Basically, i'm a 16 y/o jackass who knows some things and has put on quite a bit of muscle, cut bodyfat in half, and will soon be in contest shape. I've also helped others reach thier goals, and have trained a few people in the "real world", for whatever that's worth.....
