Oct. 26, 2003
TEMPE, Ariz. - The National Football League (NFL) has announced the Monday Night Football game between the San Diego Chargers and the Miami Dolphins, scheduled for October 27 in San Diego, has been moved to Sun Devil Stadium because of wildfires affecting southern California. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. MST and will air on ABC.
Admission for the game will be free to all fans while donations will be collected at the gates and will be given to San Diego charities. Gates will open to the public starting at 4:30 p.m. and lineups will not be permitted until the gates are opened. Upon entering the stadium, fans will be issued a ticket with an assigned seat number. Fans holding tickets purchased prior to the contest will not be honored at the gates. For refund inquiries, please contact the San Diego Chargers ticket office at 1-877-CHARGERS.
