Leg press is basically junk. I dont have access to a reversehyper machine so i just go basic with heavy good mornings, stiff legged deads, barbell rows will hit the hammies also if you do them heavy enough. Basically I am pretty new to Powerlifting, once I started doing heavy Good AM's my deadlift and squat went right up. Good AM"s are an under-rated exercise.
