you caught me too fast...because i changed my account name a while ago as a non plat so when i got plat it said it went to this name and that angel was taken

THE ONLY WAY to get Attention is to make a thread, the only way. They wont even send a confirmation email from my experience. Third time using it as well. I asked George on someone else's thread and he took care of it ASAP once he knew. Still cant access my account though, hence the latest support ticket thats unanswered

some one prote up the saport thing to gearge the other day and he brushed it off as fast as he could.he knows its a problem i dont think he can fix it though.

Dang, caught me before I deleted it.
Yeah, I was going to give it a few more days before complaining but Id like to be able to access my account.
Its like you ask a question, its like talking to a brick wall. No response, no nothing.
I'd like to access my account, I used to but then my account was merged and since then I cannot and I use the same password.

Whats a guy got to do around here to be able to access their account?
 
i had no luck with the support link...

somehow i fixed my account on my own... and maybe some help from Killah... ;)
 
When Digger sees this, he's going to feel like the electrician or plumber who turns up not only to fix the problem but also to undo the mess created by someone's DIY attempts.

might as well cancle the plat and never bother getting it again.dont know why we even botherd again anny way.

realy she wanted to make here angel acount plat.but for some reason it made her old mistriss acount plate insted.so what she wants to do is transfer the plat to here angel acount.that cant be that hard to do can it.o ya and not get dubble charged for it ether.

call the 1-800 number. that what i did for prittykitty's account. she origionally signed up with bigmannsproperty then switched to prittykitty but the plat i bought for her went to the old name. not sure why but it did. i called the 1-800 number and they switched it over in 3 minutes. call them and see if they will do it for you like they did it for me.

ive never had a problem with calling in for a problem. dont leave a message just keep trying every so often till someone answers. hope this helps
 
i tried filling out help ticket but it is saying no account on record for either name and they both have same password....wtf!

brr couldn't transfer the k, not sure why so i transfered it over and donated it to myself. She'll lose 30% but no biggie.

yea just keep trying. it took me awhile to get through too. but when they do answer they will fix it real quick. its an easy fixe just gotta get someone on the phone.
