Some of us may not possess any extraordinary talents or hobbies, or even having any skill with working on any projects, but for our true purpose here in Evo with all of our existence holds something far more captivating , For one that's being of service to others, and being supportive, secondly with the most important project of all -@~Vision~ is loved by all EF guys![]()
@SteveMobsterG awesome work right here! 10 plates on each side is crazy!I'm winding this one up. 8 weeks total.
Minuses:
Body-weight barely changed. To be fair I did NOT push food hard. I may well have maxed out. The previous 336lbs top weight came after a cut so that might have had something to do with it. Also pushing from 1050 to 1600mg (just 2 weeks) was uncomfortable.
Pluses:
Maxing my Hatfield Squat. Up from 410kg/903lbs to 420kg/925lbs (10 plates a side)
Maxing my Seated Press. Up from 132.5kg/292lbs to 140kg/308lbs (3 plates a side)
One issue with strength is always gonna be... could I have done more. I kinda wished 1) I'd have gone an inch lower on the squat and 2) put 460kg/1014lbs on just to see if I could have done the grand... who knows
As per all such logs - it goes without saying that we ALL have great support here on these forums from approved sources. So I offer a BIG THANK YOU to @PSL and @pur-pharma-canada
