mixing Kre Alykln and creatine..??

does anyone do this..I like the pump from Creatine Mono...but started taking the Kre Alyk and didnt feel the same..so I take the Kre Alyk in the morning and the Creatine Mono before and during my workout and the Kre alyk after again..

I take both as well. I origianlly started taking the Kre Alykl because I wanted to decrease the amount of bloat I was getting on Mono but started combining them after I didn't notice the same stregth gain I get from the Mono..

It's hard to tell man. I was only on the Kre for about a week and a half and wasn't noticing the same pumps or full looking muscles so I said fuck it and now am using both. The Kre may have helped w strength some but Mono is way better IMO...

Same here..Mono gave me real good pumps..but Kre..didnt seem to be..so I started to combine them

I am a Creatine Mono guy myself, but there wouldn't be any problem with taking both.
