Really and that stuff works? My appetite is just crazy. On a side note I wass out of town this past weekend had to go to a fitness camp and y rooate woke up in the iddle of the night cause my tummy woke her up lol

How would I take Dietex?

Are you ready for this, I get to have 14 fishoil capsules instead of my beloved ANPB.... But I think it's for the best, haha.

I can't do flaxseed oil, it makes my tummy nauseous.

I like to use flax seed oil in a salad with tuna fish, cuz to me, flax oil has a "fishy taste" to it & with the tuna I don't notice it. A choc. Protein shake also hides the taste well....

My Dietex will be arriving today -- it's at the UPS facility in Newark, DE right now (I tracked it LOL ) so I'll post up what I think of it.....

FYI... DIETEX did NOT work for me really at all... For Sassy it was like a miracle, for Bunny, I think I was like 4 caps 3 x a day of the Hoodia and nothing really noticable...

Not sure about other alternatives, but Anafit has Synephrine ... (the app. suppressant in the T-Rex...)
