It took me some time, but I think I got my head straight. Coming off 2 competitions and making the decision not to do the 3rd 1 can really mess with your mind.
I had a diet I was supposed to follow, and did I do that nope, I ate more than I was supposed to, lots of bad stuff, stuff I know I shouldn't eat, then of course I bloated up and hated the way I look, and felt, and felt so guilty and terrible.
I went to see my trainer on Tuesday, and he was understanding and told e it's ok it happens especially since you've never been through these changes it's hard to deal with, then in the next breathe said ok enough is enough though, I'm reducing your calories for 3 weeks, and you better stay on this idet, it's worse than the last 1, and if you don't follow it, it'll get even worse. Just do this for 3 weeks and then we'll start increasing calories. I'm allowed to enjoy my birhday though but after that no more.
lol oh and Bunny he took my ANPB away, since I can't control myself with it, haha he was like omg I said 2 tbsp not 1/2 the jar
Would you like to know what he replaced it with??
I have my focus, and determination back, so watch out!!!
