Also, controlling aromitase/E2 production will go a long way towards keeping fat patterning down. For that very reason,I ALWAYS run 1mg/day of liquidex with EVERY cycle, and my fat gain has been much more bareable since I started doing this.Keep an eye on carbohydrate overconsumption as well.

that's a really good point, my first 2 cycles I didn't run any arimidex and gained estrogenic fat in areas I've never had it before, pain in the ass to lose afterwards
Milk comes in cartons on the west coast of canada (Vancoucer BC)
However... I do remember back in the day.. say 15 years ago when you could get milk in bags here... Not any more though...
Needsize: You don't get any stomach/gas problems from drinking that much cow juice a day?
Bulking means eating lots of food... but good quality food... in this terms I mean no junk, sodas, cheese unless cotagge, fast food... because it is what you eat that will determine how much fat will you get when bulking. When bulking you will increase bodyfat somehow, but it will depend on your food intake if you get a low or high amount of bf%.
Dr. Bones, no, drinking all that milk never bothered my stomach. I tend to down a ton of dairy, at least a full container of cottage cheese per day, as well as lots of yogurt and a ton of milk, no problems. It ends up being a very cost effective way to increase protein intake
Anyone have any suggestions on how to minimize fat gain when on my bulking cycle. I was thinking some form of cardio, but which is better, high intensity for around 20min or medium intensity for longer? I plan on doing this cardio in the morning so should I eat something before hand rather than doing it on an empty stomach?
High intensity will burn calories faster, whereas, longer duration lower intensity will tap into fat stores and therefore break down fat more effectively.
Needsize, your one lucky bastard... I love dairy... but milk especially just roughts out my stomach.... Makes it a lot harder to get in a ton of protein
