Milk - Please read!

I've been trying to think of ways I can cut down on my fat intake from dairy products and the only dairy product I consume alot is milk. As I mix all of my protein shakes with semi-skimmed milk, I was wondering whether changing to skimmed would make much of a difference, I'd say I probably drink 15-20 pints per week.

I know this probably seems like a dick of a question, but your opinions would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to tell you, but IT IS a dick of a question.

It seems you drink between 2 and 3 pints a day. Well, of course it would make a difference. That's 1,100 ml - 1,600 ml; 100 ml of semi-skimmed has 1 g fat, so you would be taking 11-16 g less of fat a day.

But don't forget that calories make you fat, and if you are having a high caloric intake, cutting on fat alone won't let you lose pounds.

Don't you hold back max!!

I thought semi had more fat than that per 100ml, nearer 4g of fat? And that skimmed is 0.1?

Either way, thanks for replying, red top here I come!

The rest of my diet is pretty strict, so I'm hoping this is the key to loosing the remaining fat.
