Figured I'd put in my 2 cents. I have been drinking a lot of milk ever since I was a little kid. It's my overall favorite drink. I drink around 3/4 gallon a day. It doesn't bother me at all. I've never had a problem with fat or looking soft. Apparently it affects people differently. Oh, I usually drink 1%. It's always worked for me, so unless people start growing utters/horns from drinking it, I probably won't stop.
Not everyone has my luck with milk, but for me it "does a body good."
