milk good or bad?

I'm not convinced! I've heard the bad rap about dairy products from time to time, so I decided to give up dairy products entirely for 1 year. Trial & Error with this little experiment told me that I felt much better with my low-fat yogurt on a daily basis!

so in a dieting phase, would 1-2 cups of skim milk be harmful?

I will second this. I love milk with my MRP's and Whey but I have figured out overtime that although I am not lactose intolerant whatsoever, when I am drinking milk regularly I tend to have way more allergies crises and zits.

just my 2 cents

This article/report is simply ridiculous.

People have even written reports regarding the dangers of Water and how it can kill in large amounts. Yes, if you take 100 litres of water at once you can die. So what?

Milk is not an engineered or fabricated food. It is completely natural and consists of 87% water and 13% solids. The solids include fats, proteins, carbohydrates, water soluble vitamins and minerals.

Please tell me which one of these ingredients is a problem?

The fact remains that milk is an excellent food that should be a daily part of not only every athlete, but every human being.

Enough said

Absolutely not.

In fact, you could even drink whole milk during a dieting regimen. Fat is required by the body for overall health just as much as protein and carbohyrates.

The key is not to consume too much fat as well as watching out for which types of fat you consume.

The fact remains, the fat in foods like eggs and milk is necessary and will provide you with greater overall health.

Damn I love milk. I would die without it:arrow: and I would kill for it:evil: . I think almost half of my cals and protien come from milk. I would shrivel up with out it. I drink a good gallon a day of whole milk, never break out from it, never have bad chol. never have stomach problems, I am totally healthy and drank it my whole life lol I am only 27 but thats pretty many years of testing. Man it def heped in my last cycle
