Thx bro these pics were taken almost a week ago non-pumped mind you. hehehe :p I've been bulking again for the past several weeks but considering going back on a diet as im still fat as you can see. I'll see my priorities change all the time. ;)
 
Had rear lat spread shots as well but file for messed up so have to scan and post again later. Ohhh and notice tank top is still on. Hehehe not ready to strip since my abs are gone practically. Will post more mid summer and after.

Well, you have been bitching at me to reply, so here goes: ;)

Lookin good man. Even though the tank is on we can tell you got a good set of wings under there. Chest looks pretty large and in charge, as do the quads of course.

The only thing I can think of...and maybe it is just the pic...but perhaps bringing up the delts a little more. However, im sure once you get off your damn "see-food" diet they will definately look a little better.

Overall man you look fuckin yoked. Good job.
 
The only thing that needs improvement in my opinion, are you biceps. I know you have pretty good tri's, but your bi's could use some work. Your calves as well. Mike...we need to see that "six pack" you've been telling us about

As for his bi's, Idunno you see him in person, they look like they got some size but, like his delts, would look better when he burns off some of that gosh darn fat.

Pure Extract, why you down to 200#? Have you been keeping calories and protein up or is it just harder to get intense in the gym after your cycle?

I know I definately need to get leaner to look my best of course and to bring out more of the hidden muscle but I miss getting stronger and plus with the girlfriend around, im not into "impressing the opposite sex mode" right now. Oh well we'll see. The pics were taken about a week ago and in those pics im about 225 at 5'10. Im about 227 right now. I was 244 when I started my cycle but definately "bulky." Fuck it I was fat!! But strong as fuck. Started off my cycle dieting. Actually got my weight down to about 214 before bulking up again. Thx again everyone!! So what does everyone think? Maintain fat and bulk some more or just shred out completely!!
 
You have told me that you are currently on a bulking cycle that ends in august. I say that since you are not into impressing the same-sex anylonger now that you are in an unorthodox yet constitutionally protected relationship with your priest, I say finish out bulking until august then take a month or two cutting naturally after that. Getting your bodyfat down a few points will show you what you need to work on come your next cycle.

Well, it was hard to keep anything since I hurt my shoulder :( I kept a good diet all up til 3 weeks ago. i started eating all kinds of stupid shit :( I'm going to hit it hard again now that I'm healed. I'm still upset though :( I look like shit
 
1 - You should cut down now - you have enough size.

2 - If I has to nit-pick - bis's need to be a little thicker with better peak - forarms need a little size as well.

3 - Legs look solid as do calves

Overall - very solid - just remember that weak bodyparts now will become evenr weaker as you diet down.
 
Thx bro I too agree with you on everything you mentioned. Good observation. My bi's are forearms definately need some improvements but I do work them sufficiently. My arms are actually a little over 18 inches non-pumped and my forearms are 14 inches but they would look bigger and more impressive if I was leaner. It's all about illusion. Genetically not gifted in that area. I have 2 brothers with the same problem. Damn I wish I had that genetic peak!!! NOPE I WILL NOT DO SITE INJECTS EITHER IN THERE. I tried twice and even with a half cc my bi's just don't accept it. Oh well. :(

I might add a little more size though as im not competing anyway or in no need at the moment to be really shredded.

Im aiming for leg development similar to yours. In time I hope to achieve it. I got the size and a pretty good sweep to them. Just need to get them all shredded out now.

Im currently on 750mg sus a week alone for about a month now. Took those pics about a week ago. Started the first 3 weeks of my cycle with d-bols at 25mg the first day but lowered it(i got moon face in one day. lol) to 15mg the remaining few weeks. Yeah I know it's low don't laugh. Anyway right after that I replaced it with some proviron for about 20 days at 50mg ed. Also taking liquidex of course from your boy thankyou at 2mg eod!! Lowering it though to 1mg eod to see how that affects me. ;)

Actually,a test/L-dex cycle is a great one bro,and you're running 3/4 gram per week,so all alone that will facillitate anabolism.You look great bro,wait till you shred that size up.

I definately improved since then looking back at these pics. I actually have some good vascularity when relaxed now. My arms and forearms and delts are improved as well. My quads are an inch bigger. But overall I am a little more bulky. Not much though at least.

Nah more along the lines of 75.00% If not 85.00!!! Im a big porker! In all seriousness if I were to guess my current bodyfat level it would be around 12%.
