Just curious as he recently implemented the weight room to his training program. Anyone know it? I'd imagine it would be much less intense and core focused than average considering he spends so much energy in the pool.

I saw something on TV say that he eats 8000 cals a day. They also said that in between eating he is literally in the pool from like 6 am until late. He is the skinniest guy ever so unless you are a swimmer I doubt his weight routine would be anything worth looking at.
